the second birthday party was a hit. Drake's favorite sentence for two days was, "more presents please". other than that, we don't have a lot of news. we have been staying home which is quite nice. Maybe we'll finally catch up with some local friends. come see us!

Micah has been gone a week and will be home soon. we are very excited. here are some things we have been doing to occupy our time.

we have finished up our tour of ruidoso this summer and will head home tomorrow. we ended on a great note. Cowboy Cartel won second on Saturday and We Have A Secret won first on Sunday. it was great fun because everyone was here to get in the picture. we also attended the select horse sale and although we did not have any plans to buy anything, we got a new addition to Reliance Ranches, First Red Rose. She is fantastic and we are very excited about her. From here, Micah will take horses to Grand Prarie and we will be racing in Hobbs and Grand Prarie this fall. Also, We Have A Secret will travel to California and try to do well out there. (I'm trying to get in a trip to Disneyland, too) Micah and Tyler will leave in 1 week for Alaska and then we will be having Drake's birthday party. So much to do! it never slows down here. Hope you all had a great summer!

we attended our first of many games at the Dallas Cowboy's new stadium. They lost to the 49ers, but hey it's only pre-season. We had many fun guests with us, and it is an amazing place. The suite is fantastic and we cannot wait until we get to go back!

we are back home for a couple of days. We had our fifth anniversary on the 22nd, and made it home in time for the Parrish birthday party. We did not have as much luck as we had hoped at the All American trials and therefore did not qualify, however we are still improving and our season is far from over. We will head back to Ruidoso this week and finish up our tour on the mountain. We are all healthy and happy and Drake is growing up so fast! He had a very big month of August. He is now officially potty trained and we are very proud of him. He would prefer a shower to a bath, and I have become "Essie". Sometimes still mama but not often. He is also sleeping much, much better. I believe we have finally gotten his asthma medicine right, so he is sleeping soundly throughout the night. We are very thankful. Here are a few new pictures.

Will catch you up quickly with latest photos. Have spent Fourth of July in Ruidoso and we have been doing really well at races. Things are definitely looking up! Home for 2 nights then we were off to SPI. Having a great time. Drake LOVES the beach. We spend the entire morning there.
